Legal Barriers (Perceived) for Circular Business Models - Think Dif - Disruptive Innovation Festival
It is often perceived that doing business in a circular economy requires new business models that challenge existing laws and legislation. Circle Economy, based on our work with Philips and Allen & Overy, will discuss those perceptions and suggest that there are actually more often financial barriers (related to ownership)... This session will help to explain a couple of those barriers and how to overcome them.
